Clareity Trumps Other SSO Libraries with Two New Additions

Clareity Security Launches New Product for Brokers

Now Clareity’s popular single sign-on dashboards are available for brokers.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – May 9, 2016 – Clareity Security, a leading provider of cutting edge software for real estate organizations, announced this month the launch of its new product: Broker Dashboards. Brokerages now have the same ability as MLSs and Associations to centralize their firm’s resources within one custom, broker-branded dashboard; which includes rich features such as Single Sign-On, a notifications and communications module, and a fully integrated, easy to use Content Management System.

Over the past year, Clareity Security received many requests for a dashboard that can be implemented at the brokerage level.  Brokers of all sizes expressed how difficult it is to get agents to utilize company provided tools and services.  Agents use their MLS Dashboard on average 3.4 times per day, so what better place to include broker provided products and services?

After months of research and design, Broker Dashboards were developed. The implementation is simple since the broker’s dashboard can be created within an existing MLS Dashboard, and viewed as a “private” separate tab. Agents, managers, and staff sign-on into their normal MLS dashboard and based on their identity/role, can view the various tools and resources offered by their brokerage.

Greg Manship, CEO of Intermountain MLS, is a strong advocate for broker dashboards, especially since multiple brokers in his market expressed interest. “The value that Clareity adds to our members through its dashboards is tremendous. Clareity to offer National Association of REALTORS® Member Services

NAR Member Resources will be offered on Clareity’s MLS, association and broker SSO Dashboards nationwide


SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – May 12, 2015 – Clareity Security announced today it has expanded an on-going relationship with the National Association of REALTORS® that will bring NAR Member Resources to any MLS, association or broker with a Clareity Single Sign-On (SSO) Dashboard. Now, any Clareity customer can have valuable NAR Member Resources added to their dashboard at no charge.

The proof on concept began in September 2014 with a pilot of 100,000 agents and brokers in six markets who were given access to NAR member resources via their dashboard. These included the NAR Member Benefits Program, REALTOR® Party (RPAC), REALTOR® University and several other NAR member services. This study concluded in February 2015 with positive results; increasing awareness of the services and products NAR offers and driving adoption of NAR services.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – January 12, 2015 – Over the past two years there has been a noticeable trend with MLS organizations signing direct data license agreements with key publishers such as Zillow, Trulia and In fact, has over 400 direct MLS data relationships today and Trulia reported over 100 in their last public announcement. Zillow has recently announced many large MLS agreements with undoubtedly more to come.

Some of the most progressive MLSs in the country have identified that direct agreements with publishers that are delivering VALUE to their brokers and agents (in the form of traffic, leads and other services) can be beneficial to all parties. A few of the benefits of direct agreements can include better attribution on the listing for the listing broker/agent, free tools for managing leads, and more timely and accurate data display. In addition and most importantly, a direct agreement ensures the terms cannot be changed without the authorization of either party.

With the recent announcement that traditional syndication service providers for MLSs and brokers will no longer be working with Zillow, many MLSs are considering ways to minimize the impact to their brokers, including signing a direct agreement to send data to Zillow.

Direct agreements to publishers seem simple enough at first – if you’re an MLS, you already have a RETS server, and once you come to an agreement with your preferred portals, you can provide them a RETS feed. But there’s one tricky part: managing the broker and agent level agreements and opting information, then sending that information to portals so they know which listings they can display.

That’s why Clareity Security, at the request of our customers, created Clareity Direct Connections™ (CDC).

Last week, Intermountain MLS deployed Clareity Direct Connections™ on their Single Sign-On Dashboard. It will serve as the permission gateway for every broker in their area to manage the connections with top publishers, starting with Zillow.

What is Clareity Direct Connections?

It’s a easy way for Brokers & MLSs to create and manage direct relationships with Publishers. While it’s easy for MLSs to provide data to the Publishers via RETS, managing “opt-in” permissions from the brokers and agents is more complicated. Clareity Direct ConnectionsTM (CDC) is an easy-button for all of this.

CDC is easily integrated into existing Clareity Security, Single Sign-On Dashboards, ensuring that the broker/agent participation is both secure and easy to use. That said, CDC does not require the Single Sign-On Dashboard, and can be implemented by any MLS, franchise or brokerage.

What’s in it for the Brokers & Agents?

In its simplest form; they will receive better display terms and more prominent attribution than ever before! Brokers and agents will be empowered with an easy to use tool that allows them to make responsible listing distribution choices; based solely on publishers that deliver value to their business.

ClareityStore Honored with 2013 Inman Innovator Award
