Best Broker Tech for 2017: Clareity’s DASH!

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – January 13, 2017Clareity’s newest product, DASH! for brokers is gaining notable traction heading into 2017. New last year, DASH! has already launched multiple platforms for brokerages in the top franchise networks (Keller Williams, REMAX, Sotheby’s, BHHS, Coldwell Banker and C21), as well as many independent firms. Two new customers, BHHS California Properties and Simply Sold, launched DASH! last week; bringing this new world-class communication platform to their agents, along with the convenience of Single Sign ON access into MLS and scores of popular real estate applications.  Many more DASH! implementations are scheduled for early 2017.

Laptop_Broker_SSBHHS California Properties CEO, Alex Woltman said “Clareity’s DASH! platform has solved the two biggest problems we were facing as a brokerage: Communication and Technology Adoption. Plus, our agents absolutely love it! When they only have to go to one place to find their MLS, CMA, lockbox, marketing tools, training resources, internal communications, etc.… they can spend a lot more time focusing on building their businesses; and that’s what we’re here to help them do.”

DASH! is the broker version of Clareity’s popular Single Sign-On Dashboard, a product that serves over 200 MLS and Association customers. Unlike common intranet platforms, Clareity is able to offer its integration library with over 250 SSO enabled real estate apps and service partners. This makes set up simple for brokers, and daily workflow seamless for staff and agents. This one centralized, broker-branded platform lets agents access the MLS and have one-click access to every product offered by their brokerage. Most importantly, DASH is a communication platform that allows brokers to message with their agents during their daily work flow and create a personalized experience for every user.

“The creation and implementation took two to three weeks and we were completely up and running. Clareity created links to Title companies, sign companies, corporate websites, ShowingDesk, MLS and Transaction platforms,” said Bart J. Patterson, VP and General Manager of RE/MAX Classic, who launched his organization’s platform this month. “Everything in one spot for single login access … has made the agent’s life easier. I would recommend the application and implementation to anyone looking to streamline the agents’ workflow.”

Clareity will be attending multiple industry events in 2017. See us soon at Hacker Connect, Inman Connect NYC, Banff Western Connection, and Keller Williams Family Reunion. Stay tuned as DASH! continues to evolve, and Clareity expands its intranet platform into the Brokerage community.

Run a well-oiled office with Clareity Security’s Broker Dashboards

Earlier this year, Inman published a Tech Review on our new Broker focused SSO Dashboards. Check out the full Inman article here:

inman-review

A behind-the-scenes technology company offers brokers a better way to communicate with agents and manage disparate software systems

BY CRAIG C. ROWE

  • Brokers need to consider staying in touch with their agents on a consistent basis as a critical component to improving sales and brand loyalty.
  • Central communication dashboards are a much better solution to emails and office drop-ins.

Clareity Security’s back-end, white-label Broker Dashboards are a new brokerage management solution.

Platform(s): Browser-based
Ideal for: Large brokerages

Top selling points

  • Single sign-on to all in-house software tools
  • Central source for broker-agent communications
  • Number of prominent third-party partnerships

Top concerns

  • Could cause “tech-fatigue” among agents
  • Training/breaking of internal productivity habits

What you should know

Clareity Security was a 2013 Inman Innovator winner.

But you may not have heard of it.

That in no way means it isn’t a significant source of technological productivity for the industry.

Clareity Security’s value can best be defined as, according to Marketing Director Jeff Nieto, “the plumbing.”

I disagree. The company’s new product aimed at real estate brokers is much more glamorous than dank pipes covered in cobwebs.

BHHS Dashboard

Long a backer of MLS innovation, Clareity Security’s new product gives brokers a better way to communicate with agents, promote office training events and offer agents a single sign-on for all internal software tools.

Clareity Security’s was a 2013 Inman Innovator Winner— but have you heard of it?

Once logged in, users are presented with a menu of icons for such tools asMailchimp, Skyslope, Homesnap, Google Apps, TourFactory, MS Office 365,BoomTown, Contactually and a host of additional well-regarded real estate marketing and sales tools.

Brokers should be keen on a fresh way to ensure their teams are always up to date on internal happenings, new products being offered and having a central repository for all provided resources.

The broker dashboard offers users a content management tool to manage their customer-facing website and blog content for Placester, for example. It can post videos, images and whatever else an agent’s site needs.

Permission-based log-in credentials determine who sees and accesses what with ultimate control resting in the mouse-clicks of brokers or their assistants.

cb-tomlinson

Notifications can be targeted to specific teams and groups within an office and serve as a good way to unify disparate locations or large teams that often come-and-go by nature of the job.

There is also space for brokerages to offer advertisements from local and preferred vendors.

It’s apparent that the company knows back-end functionality; its track record proves it. Now with a more people-focused product, attention should be given to the user interface and experience.

By entering the brokerage and office information management realm, Clareity Security puts itself in direct competition with the Lone Wolf Technologies of the industry — no easy speed bump to get over.

Yet, the latter doesn’t have the experience of helping more than 175 MLSs and associations composed of more than 700,000 agents. A few brokerages are already onboard with the new Clareity Security product.

Clareity Trumps Other SSO Libraries with Two New Additions

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – July 21th , 2016 – Clareity Security is excited to announce the addition of two new Single Sign-On integrations, Boston Logic and TourFactory. These two companies are popular within the brokerage community and are becoming frequently used connections in Clareity’s newest product: Broker Dashboards.

These Broker Dashboards are an extension of Clareity MLS and Association SSO Dashboards nationwide. Agents can now access Boston Logic, TourFactory and other products offered by their brokerage with a single click.

“We are excited to partner with Clareity to provide Single Sign-On services to our mutual customers in the Greater Boise area. This service will provide a smooth, convenient experience to both existing as well as new TourFactory users,” said Bill Haney, Executive Director of Enterprise Sales of TourFactory.

Clareity’s Single Sign-On, or SSO, library consists of over 150 single sign-on connections and integration partners. Boston Logic and TourFactory are joining Clareity’s list of popular enterprise apps like Google Apps, Outlook 365 and Evernote. Other popular real estate focused companies in the library include Corelogic, Black Knight, BoomTown, Cloud CMA, RPR, and ShowingTime.

SSO integration creates convenience for users by removing the need to remember multiple usernames and passwords. It streamlines usage and drives adoption of products while improving productivity. SSO is a core reason that Clareity Dashboards has solved many frustrations and efficiency problems experienced by MLSs, Associations and Brokerages.

Boston Logic
Formed in 2004, Boston Logic powers real estate brokerages through their software and companion services. The Boston Logic Platform is a fully integrated CRM/CMS with an intelligent marketing automation tool. It is loaded with features to help take your business to the next level.

Clareity Security Launches New Product for Brokers

Now Clareity’s popular single sign-on dashboards are available for brokers.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – May 9, 2016 – Clareity Security, a leading provider of cutting edge software for real estate organizations, announced this month the launch of its new product: Broker Dashboards. Brokerages now have the same ability as MLSs and Associations to centralize their firm’s resources within one custom, broker-branded dashboard; which includes rich features such as Single Sign-On, a notifications and communications module, and a fully integrated, easy to use Content Management System.

Over the past year, Clareity Security received many requests for a dashboard that can be implemented at the brokerage level.  Brokers of all sizes expressed how difficult it is to get agents to utilize company provided tools and services.  Agents use their MLS Dashboard on average 3.4 times per day, so what better place to include broker provided products and services?

After months of research and design, Broker Dashboards were developed. The implementation is simple since the broker’s dashboard can be created within an existing MLS Dashboard, and viewed as a “private” separate tab. Agents, managers, and staff sign-on into their normal MLS dashboard and based on their identity/role, can view the various tools and resources offered by their brokerage.

broker dashboard

Greg Manship, CEO of Intermountain MLS, is a strong advocate for broker dashboards, especially since multiple brokers in his market expressed interest. “The value that Clareity adds to our members through its dashboards is tremendous. We’re excited to have this powerful new tool available for our brokers,” he said.

A recent special report conducted by Inman News showed 62% of agents are already paying a technology fee for a bundle of tools, products and/or services from their broker.  Furthermore, Inman found that many of the agents who utilize their broker’s tools “may be getting more bang for their buck than their peers.”   Those broker tools are now more accessible than ever.

The Notifications Module, a popular feature of Clareity’s latest SSO Dashboards, is also available in the Broker version. The module allows for ease of communications through customized content and targeted notifications; a huge benefit for brokerages. The broker can send targeted notifications to individuals or groups as well as wide spread message alerts to their managers and agents.

The fully integrated Content Management System (CMS) allows brokers to publish documents, videos, articles and other important information to their agents.  Amy Gorce, President of Clareity Security stated, “The Dashboard, with its robust feature set, can replace outdated intranet sites for many brokerages and offer a modern delivery platform for all of their agent tools, services and communication.”

The ‘Vendors & Affiliates’ Module, also a popular feature of SSO Dashboards, has been integrated into the new Broker version as well.  The brokerage can subsidize the cost of the Dashboard through MSA ad-space for its vendors or affiliated companies and also improve the adoption and capture rates for its preferred transaction service partners.

CLAREITY RELEASED AN ALL NEW SSO DASHBOARD – AND IT’S BETTER THAN EVER

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – October 29, 2015 – Clareity Security just launched a new version of its popular Single Sign-On (SSO) Dashboard and its customers have never been more excited. After a year of design work and user experience testing, this product is considered Version 3.0 in Clareity’s history of dashboards. The first customers to launch Version 3.0 were Dayton Area Board of REALTORS®, Maine Real Estate Information Systems, My Florida Regional MLS, and Ulster County Board of REALTORS®. Other early adopters include Statewide MLS, Intermountain MLS, MARIS, CTMLS, ReColorado, Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS®, and NNRMLS. Many more organizations are scheduled to follow soon.

My Florida Regional MLS launched its Version 3.0 Dashboard last week. Ever since the go-live day, members have been reaching out to MFRMLS staff with praises. One member tweeted the following:

MFRMLS TWEET“Clareity’s new dashboard design is modern, mobile responsive and easy to navigate. Launching this new dashboard was a seamless transition for our customers. We’ve received positive feedback,” said Merri Jo Cowen, CEO of MFRMLS.

Clareity brought in design and user experience (UX) experts Iteration Group to ensure the most professional and modern UI and UX. Iteration Group is respected for various clients including Quickbooks, NBC Universal, and Illumination Entertainment (Despicable Me – minions!) as well as popular apps Angie’s List and ChowNow. With Iteration Group’s design expertise and Clareity’s knowledge of the real estate industry, the two teams collaborated to create the “dream dashboard” for agents, brokers and other real estate professionals.

Completely redesigned and renovated, Version 3.0 has all the staple benefits of the original SSO Dashboard, but promises many new features. Some of the new features include Discover (a localized directory of top RE products and services), NAR Member Resources (a panel offering benefit programs and offerings from the National Association of REALTORS®), Affiliate/Sponsorship Marketing (a source for non-dues revenue), and “Assumed Identity” privileges for assistants and teams across all applications.

The most popular new feature is the Notifications Module within the dashboard that allows users or groups of users (such as everyone within an office) to receive messages from the MLS and/or the Association. The messages can be in the form of on-screen notifications, badge alerts to specific products within the dashboard, or the more traditional inbox message.

“Clareity has launched a few innovative products, but nothing compares to the excitement generated by this new dashboard. Version 3.0 provides everything an MLS or Association could need or want for the modern delivery of branded member services and communications,” said Gregg Larson, CEO of Clareity Security.

Clareity currently powers over 650,000 individual end-users accessing over 200 MLS and Association Dashboards and counting. Version 3.0 can also be customized and branded for the Brokerage community.

Clareity to offer National Association of REALTORS® Member Services

NAR Member Resources will be offered on Clareity’s MLS, association and broker SSO Dashboards nationwide

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – May 12, 2015 – Clareity Security announced today it has expanded an on-going relationship with the National Association of REALTORS® that will bring NAR Member Resources to any MLS, association or broker with a Clareity Single Sign-On (SSO) Dashboard. Now, any Clareity customer can have valuable NAR Member Resources added to their dashboard at no charge.

The proof on concept began in September 2014 with a pilot of 100,000 agents and brokers in six markets who were given access to NAR member resources via their dashboard. These included the NAR Member Benefits Program, REALTOR® Party (RPAC), REALTOR® University and several other NAR member services. This study concluded in February 2015 with positive results; increasing awareness of the services and products NAR offers and driving adoption of NAR services.

“Until I saw them on our dashboard, I wasn’t aware of many of the NAR Member Resources and I know my members weren’t either. The response from my agents and brokers was extremely positive,” said Mike Cotrill, CEO of Northern Oklahoma Regional MLS.

Gregg Larson, CEO of Clareity, said, “We couldn’t be more pleased with the growing popularity of the SSO dashboard which serves as a platform to deliver the tools and services agents use every day. By offering these NAR Member Resources, it is an amazing breakthrough in communication and outreach to agents directly.”

Along with now offering NAR’s member resources, the SSO dashboard complies with five out of six of the Core Standards that NAR established last year. Clareity published a blog post detailing how exactly these five standards are met.

The Clareity SSO Dashboard, first introduced to the industry in 2012 is now installed in over 120 MLSs, local associations and brokerages facilitating easy single sign-on access to dozens of resources including the MLS system. Clareity has completed over 150 SSO integrations with leading vendors and service providers from within the real estate industry.
