With more than 15 years of experience, Kevin Hughes brings a multi-faceted background in real estate product technology and sales to Clareity Security, including eleven years in the field of real estate information. In that capacity, Kevin co-developed accredited real estate training courses in subjects ranging from real estate sales models to telephony and environmental hazards. He is a tenured speaker with a multitude of professional speaking engagements at industry events, both nationally and regionally.
Prior to joining Clareity, Kevin was the first Sales Representative for MarketLinx Solutions, assisting them with introducing the Real Estate Industry to one the very first Internet-based MLS systems: Tempo MLS, which has been a leader in the marketplace for the last decade. He served as the Business Development Manager for Virtual Information Systems: a company that pioneered the integration of GIS/public record mapping with MLS services.
Later, Kevin became the Vice President of Product Design and Management for Fidelity National Information Systems, ultimately becoming their Director of Sales. At Fidelity, he developed, implemented and coordinated the market strategy for Paragon MLS v3.0, FNIS’s flagship MLS platform. Hughes was also instrumental in creating the companion product strategies, such as Paragon Desktop, IDX and RETS.

Passionate, driven, committed to excellence. There are no better words to describe Clareity’s Chief Operations Officer. With more than 15 years of management experience, Amy Geddes has been with Clareity (and its affiliates) for more than 5 years, and served as the CEO of Intermountain Multiple Listing Service in Boise, Idaho for 7 years.
During her tenure at IMLS, Amy was responsible for driving a regionalization initiative which doubled the number of MLS subscribers and significantly increased the geographic market area for its members. She has extensive experience in the MLS and association leadership models and has managed numerous technology system conversions including planning, implementation, training and support.
Since joining the team at Clareity Security, Amy has set herself apart as an industry leader and is often invited to speak at industry conferences, such as CMLS, as well as at Clareity’s annual MLS Executive Workshop.
An early adopter of social media technologies, Amy channels her excess energy (as well as random musings and an intense love of bacon) into services like Twitter and Facebook. It’s not all fun and games, though. Geddes leverages social media to glean bits of industry information, strengthen existing relationships and grow new ones, both personally and professionally. As a daughter and a mother, Amy has also found it to be a bridge that spans three generations, as well as connecting her to the ideas of tomorrow.

Eric is a seasoned sales and marketing expert with over nine years of experience (but likes to consider himself simply a people person). In 2008 Eric joined Clareity’s team to help promote data security awareness to smaller MLS organizations and find ways to deliver the SAFEMLS product to that market. He has since helped develop and manage reseller partnerships with 3 of the largest MLS providers in the industry.
Prior to joining Clareity’s team, Eric worked as a Sales and Project Manager in the Commercial Construction space for Pella. He attributes his understanding of every facet of customer fulfillment to his time at Pella, where he guided all of his customers through project completion.
His knack for identifying opportunities and executing them proficiently are among the many qualities he uses to create mutually satisfying business relationships with Clareity customers and vendors. It is with that in mind that Eric was chosen to be the Manager of the Clareity Store.
Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Communications from Temple University where he focused on public speaking. He currently resides in Philadelphia, PA with his wife.
