Amy Geddes, Chief Operating Officer
Passionate, driven, committed to excellence. There are no better words to describe Clareity’s Chief Operations Officer. With more than 15 years of management experience, Amy Geddes has been with Clareity (and its affiliates) for more than 5 years, and served as the CEO of Intermountain Multiple Listing Service in Boise, Idaho for 7 years.
During her tenure at IMLS, Amy was responsible for driving a regionalization initiative which doubled the number of MLS subscribers and significantly increased the geographic market area for its members. She has extensive experience in the MLS and association leadership models and has managed numerous technology system conversions including planning, implementation, training and support.
Since joining the team at Clareity Security, Amy has set herself apart as an industry leader and is often invited to speak at industry conferences, such as CMLS, as well as at Clareity’s annual MLS Executive Workshop.
An early adopter of social media technologies, Amy channels her excess energy (as well as random musings and an intense love of bacon) into services like Twitter and Facebook. It’s not all fun and games, though. Geddes leverages social media to glean bits of industry information, strengthen existing relationships and grow new ones, both personally and professionally. As a daughter and a mother, Amy has also found it to be a bridge that spans three generations, as well as connecting her to the ideas of tomorrow.
